Scott was the guy who worked with me when I had some damage to my car. He worked with me and my insurance company for over a month. My experience at this Dealership was alright. My rep was fairly new. When she initially checked my car in, she was very pleasant, and thorough. I assume that when I make an appointment, that I should be in and out within an hour, for the time it would have taken for these two services to be done.
