Had a service done recently due to my car stalling out, no power, flashing lights, etc.. Spent a total of 6 hours at Dealership, and upon leaving, I didn’t really feel comfortable about service provided, no power, flashing lights, etc.. Spent a total of 6 hours at Dealership, and upon leaving, I didn’t really feel comfortable about service provided, or if car is a guarantee fix leaving the lot, left with doubts about service to vehicle, and myself, thanks Service Advisor Michael Bradley. Hate that feeling, and that’s how my Service Provider Michael Bradley made me feel. Felt like all he really cared about was this final review. More
I can not stand that I need to have a service advisor. The email confirmation isn't from Honda then, it is from the advisor. I had an appointment yet some how the shop got slammed and my work got put on the back burner. I waited 2 hours for my car My. Advisor Said my tire rotation was thrown in for free. Isn't it always free? Upon reading my invoice, it stated "tech did not perform tire rotation due to the tires even read wear". So now I waited 2 hours just for oil change and advisor didn't need to act like tire rotation was a freebie More
My experience with Honda Chandler and especially Scott Fort was a breathe of fresh air! Being in the automotive service industry for 18+ years, i was extremely impressed with the way in which Scott handle Fort was a breathe of fresh air! Being in the automotive service industry for 18+ years, i was extremely impressed with the way in which Scott handled the paint warranty on my '17 Honda Fit. I understand sometimes warranty work can be lower priority however, Scott Fort handled it with the most important consideration. Thank you again, Scott. My vehicle looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! More

Car taken to the service department for a parking brake problem. Within an hour or two was told the brake had sticky stuff and we had spilled soda on it and the warranty repair was denied. As we have a no problem. Within an hour or two was told the brake had sticky stuff and we had spilled soda on it and the warranty repair was denied. As we have a no eating rule, the excuse was faulty. The service rep then told us Honda denied the claim not AutoNation. I do not believe a claim can be prepared, submitted with a reply within an hour or so. I believe the service depart was dishonest and AutoNation does not honor warranties. More
Would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. They are so wonderful to work with always putting their customers first. They are not pushy or in it for the "sale". There was no dealership upcharge and they took so much time with us making sure we were happy. No shenanigans and most of all an honest dealership! Their service department was wonderful too! Mike C. made was wonderful to work with. We added accessories to our new purchase and he made sure everything was perfect! Auto Nation Honda Chandler is the place to go. They treat you like family!
