Michael Bradley, was very good at helping me ,as I took my Honda in for a oil change and to get my tires rotated, during the service they found a few things that need to be fixed in my regular maintenance my Honda in for a oil change and to get my tires rotated, during the service they found a few things that need to be fixed in my regular maintenance of the car. I’m on social security I can’t afford to do everything at once. Mike helped me pick out which one he would do first if it was his car, so each month I can do a few until everything is done. I needed to get my Honda Civic serviced and took it to the Autonation Honda dealership here in Chandler. The guy who I was working with was Michael Murphy, and he was absolutely amazing! He explained all the services I needed, had suggested services my car could use but did not push it at all when I gently declined, and even offered to replace my windshield wipers for free! Just from his service alone, I was under the impression that this service center really is looking out for their customers and treats them with respect. I waited at the dealership for service to be completed, about 2 hours. When service was done, Michael ensured we went over everything that was done on my car and the charges, ensuring I wasn't blindsided by anything. He even went out of his way to look for discounts that he could apply to my service! After paying, I was escorted to my clean car and was on my way. More
