This is my second time my Jeep wrangler has gone in for routine maintenance. Upon inspection is was found that the tech improperly replaced my oil pan plug which cause cross threading and leak. It was repl routine maintenance. Upon inspection is was found that the tech improperly replaced my oil pan plug which cause cross threading and leak. It was replaced for free(thank you). Got the car back and my battery was unplugged for some reason and the nut was loose connecting the ground. Now my instrument cluster is not working like it did when I dropped it off. As well as oil stains over my bumper and fender. I am waiting for a call back from the dealership. Update(1/11/2023) I made contact with Ashton and they looked over the Jeep again. The found that the positive wire was not making full contact with the battery post. Claimed to be due to external lights being added, it was adjusted and now the car is running fine again. I appreciate the willingness to look and fix the issue, just will not be coming back as this is the second issue that arised during a oil change. Ashton is a great service adviser, just the techs needs to slow down during their work. More
