Car taken to the service department for a parking brake problem. Within an hour or two was told the brake had sticky stuff and we had spilled soda on it and the warranty repair was denied. As we have a no eating rule, the excuse was faulty. The service rep then told us Honda denied the claim not AutoNation. I do not believe a claim can be prepared, submitted with a reply within an hour or so. I believe the service depart was dishonest and AutoNation does not honor warranties. More
