This visit was excellent. I came in with a 'check engine light' notification. It was diagnosed by another repair shop as needed new Catalytic convertors but Lucas was up to sp I came in with a 'check engine light' notification. It was diagnosed by another repair shop as needed new Catalytic convertors but Lucas was up to speed on this condition with other Ridglines/Pilots. He and the technician completed some further checks and determined it was not the Cats but the Fuel Injectors. On top of that Honda had added a warranty extension for this condition.
