Henry was an excellent supervisor to work with when my battery kept dying this pas year. He called ahead of my appt and went over my concerns. The next morning at my appt he went over them again. I purchased the Pilot at this dealership 5 years ago. It was used with low miles. I live out of town so simply had all the services done on time, brakes and tires replaced as needed. Decided to bring the Pilot in at 100k miles for a full inspection. $9000.00 estimate later for everything under the sun. I even asked for a quote for new tires that did not make it on the quote. I pulled the vehicle out and took it to a shop that specialized in Honda, used all OE parts, and had what was needed taken care of for half the price. I'm an ASE Certified Diesel Engine Specialist for over 30 years. More than half of what was on the quote was for unnecessary up sale items and not what the vehicle needed. The first quote was a picture of the quote on a note pad, and I had to request a formal quote on letterhead. Overall, they lost me as a customer due to greed. I feel bad for others who depend on the truth to make ends meet. More
