I needed a 90K mile service, all fluids and a tire rotation. The advisor called me after they started working on the car and said the technician was recommending a $385 fuel injector cleaner!... Joe Kriezk was the Service Adviser on December 6, 2022 when I had a problem with my credit card which fell and disaperared inside and under the passenger seat on my SUV. Also, I had an unexpected flat o when I had a problem with my credit card which fell and disaperared inside and under the passenger seat on my SUV. Also, I had an unexpected flat on one of my tires which happened immdediately before my service visit. The tire was destroyed and needed to be replaced by a new tire from a third party company. Joe acted very professionally to make sure these problems were dealt with during my visit. My credit card was retrieved in perfect shape. More
