AutoNation Honda Chandler - Service Center

Bought my RAM used thru AutoNation. Honda AutoNation 2 miles from house. Closest RAM AutoNation 50 miles, therefore Honda is where I take it for service. Paid for 6 oil change package Honda AutoNation 2 miles from house. Closest RAM AutoNation 50 miles, therefore Honda is where I take it for service. Paid for 6 oil change package at time of purchase. Because Honda has to "order" the oil and filter AFTER I show up for my scheduled oil change, it takes them 2.5 hours to do a 30 minute job. Understand Honda needs to order/get correct parts, but if I ALREADY PAID for it, when I schedule an appointment IN ADVANCE, should they not order the parts in advance to have them available when I show up? I think so. Explanation was if I don't show up, they are stuck with parts they can't use. Understandable, but NOT my problem. That is between the Dealer and Corporate of how the Dealer gets paid/reimbursed. Excellent "People Service" from Honda, xxxxty policies on getting parts. I get to do this 4 more times. Yeah Me! More

Service from the get-go was outstanding. The girl who met me as I was dropping off answered all my questions, and Joe, my service guy was kind and approachable. Michael Bradley, was very good at helping me ,as I took my Honda in for a oil change and to get my tires rotated, during the service they found a few things that need to be fixed in my regular maintenance my Honda in for a oil change and to get my tires rotated, during the service they found a few things that need to be fixed in my regular maintenance of the car. I’m on social security I can’t afford to do everything at once. Mike helped me pick out which one he would do first if it was his car, so each month I can do a few until everything is done. He didn’t pressure me that everything needed to be done right away, which meant a lot to me. I was very impressed with the way things were take care of.
