The service was OK. I got sent an email for some additional recommended services. I approved them, but they did not get done. When I spoke to the service advisor he said I got sent an email for some additional recommended services. I approved them, but they did not get done. When I spoke to the service advisor he said he didn't see I approved them and that the price was wrong. So of course I didn't have the items taken care of. One big area of concern was watching the techs drive the cars. They were driving the customers cars way too fast through the service area where the customers drop off the vehicles. I don't drive my car that way so I wouldn't expect anyone else to either. Total disrespect for the customers cars. Really a lack of accountability by the managers. Seeing how they treat the customers cars is the reason for the one star. More

This was my second visit to ANHC and I want to share two observations regarding this dealer: - I waited almost exactly two hours for an oil change scheduled by appointment that charges customers nearly $83 to complete. Who does that anymore? My previous visit involved an oil change and a simple software upgrade to my nav system that took nearly six hours to perform - very long day in the customer lounge! - I received a complimentary car wash and quick vac on my first visit but nothing on my second. Why not? Generally speaking this dealership has treated me quite well but my time is important to me too and I feel this aspect of their business could be improved. More
