There was a glitch with the appointment made over the phone, but Ashton, the service advisor was able to take care of it and I was able to keep the originally made appointment. I called 6 times then gave up. I ended up calling the collision center, part of Auto Nation, and he called over there to have someone call me. It was so frustrating not getting someone on the phone. The operator kept transferring me to people’s voicemail even though each time I’d tell her I needed someone to take payment immediately. If they would have had better customer service inside they would have received 5 stars. More

I made an appointment with a particular service representative for 7 am and when I arrived was told that this rep was due to begin work at 8 am.
