Lucas was very helpful and had a great attitude. The wait was longer than i’d like for having a little one (75-90min) but Lucas did additional services and made up for my 3hr wait last time. I had an appointment at 1:10. They didn't look at my car until after 2:00. One person came out, asked me what I was there for, etc., then said she was sorry, but she couldn't help They didn't look at my car until after 2:00. One person came out, asked me what I was there for, etc., then said she was sorry, but she couldn't help me. I was assigned to Dylan and they get commission so I would have to wait for him. The next person came out and said he was helping me because Dylan was busy. He was not a friendly or helpful person at all, actually a little "snippy." Finally, Dylan came in to help me. He went to check on where my car was. He was extremely kind and professional. I wasn't happy with the fact that I had an appointment, and they waited an hour to even look at my car. I rated quality of work and price average because I don't know if what they did will still be fine in a week. It was under warranty so that is why I rated the price average. I rated friendliness average because Dylan was friendly and the other two, not so much, especially the second person. Also, I received way too many texts and emails to remind me of my appointment. I had to put Dylan's name in the section below asking for who I worked with when I was there. Please keep in mind, if it had been just him, my rating would have been much higher. More
I’ve been a customer here for a long time, usually great service however, i took my car in to get checked out for wheel vibration. I was told the issue was because my tires were “bad” however my service adv service however, i took my car in to get checked out for wheel vibration. I was told the issue was because my tires were “bad” however my service advisor didnt tell how “bad” and told me i needed to resurface my BRAND NEW rotors because they had warped and i replaced my brake pads as well. It wasnt until my mom call the advisor that i found out my “bad” tires were actually separating internally. This is a hazard. Not coming back for service here. At least not to lucas. The manager never called me back either. More
