They were very prompt and courteous. I was told my repair would take about 2 hrs. I got there at 700 and was out.by 820! Had the VTC Actuator replaced (Honda should recall this as it's failed on every Accord owner of my year that I know)- price was less than what I was quoted at a mom and pop shop which was surprising. Dylan was fast curtious and willing to work with me. Their was a minor discrepancy on the price quote but it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. My one area for improvement was it was simply hard to get ahold of anyone via phone dialing into the phone system I couldn't reach anyone - I stopped by the dealer and it was smooth sailing from that point forward. More

The service advisor was very nice and helpful but when I needed to call and pay for my vehicle over the phone so the collision center could come pick it up I couldn’t get a live person on the phone at all t needed to call and pay for my vehicle over the phone so the collision center could come pick it up I couldn’t get a live person on the phone at all to help me. I called 6 times then gave up. I ended up calling the collision center, part of Auto Nation, and he called over there to have someone call me. It was so frustrating not getting someone on the phone. The operator kept transferring me to people’s voicemail even though each time I’d tell her I needed someone to take payment immediately. If they would have had better customer service inside they would have received 5 stars. More
