I made an appointment with a particular service representative for 7 am and when I arrived was told that this rep was due to begin work at 8 am. Why was an appointment made with someone who was not representative for 7 am and when I arrived was told that this rep was due to begin work at 8 am. Why was an appointment made with someone who was not even scheduled for that time? Another rep filled in and saw to it my work was completed promptly. I appreciated his stepping up. More
