Called for appointment when the service icon flashed, and got in the next week. I got an early morning appointment--which I loved--and although there was a long line of other people needing service, I didn't got in the next week. Joe came right out and confirmed the appointment and the services required, then took me back to the customer lounge. I appreciated his advice and friendliness, and I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait too long for the work to be done. As a Honda owner for years, I have waited in several dealerships (sometimes for hours!) and so this was a very refreshing experience for me. Joe also told me of upcoming services that I would need on subsequent visits, so it was nice to be informed. I appreciate that Joe K was my service advisor because he really helped me out a few months ago when I had to get a tire replaced suddenly. Someone recommended him to me, and I was glad Joe could work me in and help so promptly. I was pleased that he was the advisor on my visit Tuesday, Sept 12, and I hope he will be our advisor in the future. Thanks, Honda and Joe K.! More

I brought my Cr-V for service and to check a twitter. This device went inside to the door that never happened in my life with any other vehicle. When we picked it up he didn’t check the twitter only the service, so we left the CR-V 2019 for two days as he promised he’ll take care in two days and he promised to let me know if there is any delay. He never called me and when we arrive the car twitter wasn't fix it. I paid extra money for the service without any explanations and since August 30th. I didn’t received any phone call from him. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY BAD CARE OF US AND OUR TIME, I’ll never accept “mr. Ashton” as a service technician EVER! More
