Horrible Customer Service! I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle here 5 years ago. I have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was by Lucas in Service. Within a minut I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle here 5 years ago. I have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was by Lucas in Service. Within a minute of my arrival, I would have taken my vehicle someplace else for service if I had the time. Spoke with the Sales Manager (only manager available) who said he would assign me a different service writer so I wouldn't have to deal with Lucas again. Yet Lucas is who I had to deal with again when my service was completed. There is another Honda dealership probably 10 miles closer to my home but I came here out of loyalty. If this is how this dealership treats loyal customers, I'll take my business and my money elsewhere. More
