This has been my primary service location for the life of my car. My most recent visit was superb. I give my service advisor 5 stars. However, I give the company in general maybe 1 or 2. I say this because of several things. The first time I called, I did not have my recall notice i However, I give the company in general maybe 1 or 2. I say this because of several things. The first time I called, I did not have my recall notice in front of me and was unable to explain to the obviously irritated woman who answered the phone what I needed done outside of my oil change. She claims to have looked up my vehicle and said there were no recalls on my particular model. I told her I got a notice in the mail about it, and she said , " they send out those notices all the time for no reason." xxx??? I called a second time to schedule another appointment for the recall issue. This super friendly, helpful young lady found the reason immediately. However, they couldn't do it on the day that I and my ride home n back had both off from work. I called back one hour later with another date, but I could not get through. I kept getting a recording saying they are sorry, but due to the high volume of calls, I need to schedule online or leave a message, where someone will get back to me in 1-2 days. I went online to schedule, and it said if it's a recall issue, you CANNOT schedule online, you must call. So, I called and called and called and called and called and called and called, only to get the same recording that they are experiencing higher than normal amount of calls. I do not believe that all of a sudden, from mid morning all the way to closing time that this one service department is getting so many calls that you cannot get through for an entire day. TOTAL xx! Will most likely be looking elsewhere for my service needs. More
My Honda would not start on the weekend had to jump it off and showed up at the dealer on Monday morning at 7:00am. My service advisor Ashton asked what was needed and took care of the problem. He had my off and showed up at the dealer on Monday morning at 7:00am. My service advisor Ashton asked what was needed and took care of the problem. He had my car back to me by 9:45am and also took care of a service on my transmision that we had talked about at my last service appointment. The driver that took me home could not have been any more pleasant a very nice experience. Thank You! More

Joe was very polite and helpful. My battery had died, and I had my insurance come to the house to give the battery a charge. I then drove to Gilbert Auto Nation and within 40 minut My battery had died, and I had my insurance come to the house to give the battery a charge. I then drove to Gilbert Auto Nation and within 40 minutes I had a new battery installed. I have been using Honda dealer since I bought my first Honda in 2006. I am now driving an Accord 2013. In my book, this car and the dealship continue to be A +. More
