They are efficient at handling incoming customers with their professional services. I got their in the early morning, there were already full of cars waiting for maintenance, however, D Miller(my service their professional services. The AutoNation Honda was a pleasant . My car was taken right away and I was guided to the lounge .it was very clean and the people were very friendly. The service advisors and other employees are very friendly and helpful. I have no issue there. However, trying to get a hold of them is next to impossible. I absolutely hate calling, because you j friendly and helpful. I have no issue there. However, trying to get a hold of them is next to impossible. I absolutely hate calling, because you just get routed through an auto phone service, and its next to impossible to get a live person. My only complaint about my last visit is I was never notified as to if or when my vehicle would be done. After trying on and off for a couple of hours, I finally got a hold of someone 15 mins. to 5 pm to find out my car would be completed that day. By that time, I had already made arrangements for someone to come pick me up, not knowing if my vehicle would be completed and because my work closed at 5pm. More
