Went in for an oil change, came back with a skid plate not put on correctly. 3 of the 4 screws were not installed at all leaving my skid plate to skid on the highway. Was fixed the day after but its not c not put on correctly. 3 of the 4 screws were not installed at all leaving my skid plate to skid on the highway. Was fixed the day after but its not compensation for a paying for a poor job and having to come back to resolve the issue. While we all make mistakes, this was an egregious mistake and should be rectified properly. More
