Let me just say, CHANDLER HONDA is the best! ! They deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication. Dylan in the service department was phenomenal at Chandler Honda! We had a horri ! We had a horrible experience with another dealership and to be quite honest lost complete trust in them with how terrible they treated us as customers. We’ve never been to Chandler Honda but was referred by family. We are a family of 5 with three young children so time, money and going without our family vehicle was beyond stressful. Dylan and his staff (Jesse thank you!) not only took care of our Pilot but gained lifelong customers. We truly appreciate not only the customer service that was extended to us the minute I called Chandler Honda but the kindness shown, honesty and the undivided support/help given from day one. From the moment we called we felt heard, we felt that our concerns were addressed and mattered but also that we were a priority. Our car is running great, we found a wonderful dealership who gained our trust and upmost respect. We will 100% be returning for any future repairs, service maintenance and future vehicles. I’ve worked in the medical field for the past 15 years along side doctors, lawyers and many business owners and this was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had personally. Thank you again Dylan for helping our family and helping us get back on the road. You and your staff are the best! We will be back in the spring to purchase our next family vehicle from you guys! The system for obtaining status is cumbersome. The only service person that can relay status is the service rep who is only available by cell phone. I bought my car brand new from this dealership in 2012 and have took it here for every service never anywhere else and I have spent a great deal of money here on my car, I have always been treated well un and have took it here for every service never anywhere else and I have spent a great deal of money here on my car, I have always been treated well until this last visit. I don’t know if the service advisor was having a bad day or what but he was very rude and short with me and I was told it would take 1 hour maybe a little longer to get a diagnosis on my car after sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours I finally went to find out what was going on and he proceeded to tell me rudely that he had called me twice and I said well my phone was on silent and he put his hands up in the air and gave me a look like well it’s your own fault then and I said I have never had anyone else do this before they have always came out and talked to me so I didn’t understand that at all I had told him I would be waiting that I was not leaving not to mention I seen him come out and talk to another client about her car so I don’t know what his problem was with me but it was very poor service and then after 3 hours of waiting and having to pay $151.99 for them to do nothing but diagnose the problem and then to get told they don’t have the part and don’t even know when they would be able to get it because no one has it and then to find out it’s going to cost almost $2,200. If I had to deal with that service advisor again I would never go back to that dealership again. If I could rate 0 stars that would be my rating for this service appointment. More
