Often people working with cars are rough around the edges and generally not good with people, but Nikko is a different story. He is honest and tries his hardest to make the customer happy, even when a car needs a lot of work. He won't try to upsell you on stuff that you don't need. He'll explain exactly what's needed and why you need a service and/or maintenance for your car. I truly hope he is appreciated and gets the recognition he deserves at AutoNation Honda Chandler. More
