We took our 09 civic in to see the cost of repairs. Its just a communter car we have had for years and just started using again. The repairs came out to abour 6k, the car is worth less than 1k. My husband and I decided it was not worth it so we went and picked it up. We got there andcthe service advisor was rude. Said nothing to us. This isnt like Honda. At other dealerships they are so nice. Our primary car is Toyota and I will say they are just wonderful with customer service. If we choose to purchase a Honda again, it will not be from this dealership. More
I have a new/used Honda CRV. I took it into this dealership and met up with Lucas.
