The initial wait to was long, but understandable because of the staff shortage everywhere. Keeping costs down has eliminated some of the frills usually found and the costs have increased greatly. My service rep was Ashton and he did a great job getting me in and out at the time he specified. I had time to relax and have a cup of coffee and read a little.
