i was waiting for 2 hours diagnostic time for my car and ask the adviser he check come back with a tech young kid no expierece and said need more time so i took my car out and take it to superstation honda ask the adviser he check come back with a tech young kid no expierece and said need more time so i took my car out and take it to superstation honda they find the issue in 30 minutes and no charge so i am disappointed More

I found them unstaffed and not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. I had a made a morning appointment. They did not start working on my car until 3 hours after the appointment time. Service advisor just called on phone for authorization of additional work, told me to walk to his office if I wanted to see test results. There were numerous other customers waiting for long periods. There was a long wait after work was completed on the car, they notified us the car was ready, and we could see the advisor for payment. More
