On arrival to the service center I was welcomed by a representative that located and confirmed my appointment. He contacted Kyle, my assigned rep., and assured me my place in the queue. He also found a problem with the key fob for may truck and dug into it. He ended up reprogramming it while my other service was completed. My issue was resolved and I easily exited the facility. 1) Very difficult to talk to a service advisor before scheduling an appointment. 2) Multi-point inspection indicated my interior lights were working. They have not worked for at least 5 years now. Are the techs just ticking off the boxes to finish the job as fast as possible? 3) Final report indicated I needed to replace my battery. My battery was replaced in 09/2021 and I took it back to the place I purchased it from to have it checked out. Battery is fine. You wasted my time by failing to diagnose a battery correctly. 4) I have lost all trust and respect in this dealership. It’s unfortunate because I bought my 2009 Honda Accord here and you were the sole maintenance and repair establishment in the past 13 years of ownership. More
I was very impressed with my first visit to the service department. I was helped by Scott who was very professional and through. He took care of my issue and explained the process. Had the normal maintenance done on my car: oil change and check up. My advisor was Matthew Craters who was great to work with. As usual, the work was done sooner than expected. The service dept here is excellent, I’ve been using them even before I bought my car from them. The only negative was you can’t speak to anyone when you call for an appointment. It’s impossible, you cannot talk to a live person about anything. I wanted to talk to my previous advisor about a noise I was hearing but after trying numerous times over 4 hrs finally gave up. Nothing against Matthew, he was excellent, but there are times you want to talk to someone and it’s aggravating when you can’t. More
Check-in was efficient and I received what I thought, for my first visit for service, to be good customer service. My service representative then shared with me that there is no shuttle service available on Friday's and Saturdays; there was no indication of that fact on-line. The service representative then told me that he would work on getting me a ride home. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes in the customer lounge before my service representative came to me a said that he was able to arrange for a ride for me. I was given a ride to my home by a very friendly and professional member of the valet team. All in all, I was quite pleased with the experience and impressed with the customer care and professionalism of the employees that I came in contact with; my opinion changed from having received "good" customer service to having received "exceptional" customer service. I have also been happy with the services that I had performed. I will not hesitate in using their service department again. More
