Scheduled our van for service and got a text they'd like to talk to us about buying our Pilot???? (we don't own a Plilot) Tried to book a service appt online and was unable to get it registered, tried to to talk to us about buying our Pilot???? Kyle Milner is a very good service advisor. I found out during my last service visit that the Odyssey was overdue for plugs and a valve adjustment. If these services are so critical I should’ve been told during my last service visit that the Odyssey was overdue for plugs and a valve adjustment. If these services are so critical I should’ve been told in 2021 when it was serviced 2-3 times. The brake pads that were put on the odyssey a couple years ago have been prematurely warping the rotors. I don’t know why your dealership would put on non Honda parts i.e. inferior brake pads but Kyle switched us over to Hondas brand even though the old pads were still good. More
