My previous experience at Honda of Chandler, which was my first, was not pleasant. The service manager had left for the day and did not contact me or set up for someone else to assist me. He rescued the whole experience. Ashton Skillman-Boyer was professional, courteous and competent. He is the only reason I returned for my second service, and he provided the same excellent service. Scheduled a check out why the emissions warning light was on and got a full vehicle inspection I didn't need or request. Had to come back for the repair another day.
