I arrived at dealership without making an appointment- exactly from the place of accident. We ran in to a log in the middle of the street. Kyle has been my service adviser the last 3 times my 2007 Honda has needed service and repairs. He is excellent at his job! Kyle is very transparent regarding the cost of repairs and I never have felt that h Honda has needed service and repairs. He is excellent at his job! Terrible experience.
