The greeting I received from the time I pulled into the service area was top notch. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very welcoming, Kyle Milnes was in charge of my vehicle and was extremely pleasant. service area was top notch. Kyle does everything from going over your bill to charging you out .You have no contact with office people. My car was not cleaned or sanitized .Fingerprints on hood were very visible. .Kyle definitely is an asset to Auto Nation Honda. I will continue to buy a Honda and have bought several from this dealership. More

The service I have received has always been outstanding. I have been coming to this location since 2016 or 2017 and have never had anyone try to sell me something I did not need. This is a rarity these days and I appreciate it tremendously! This last time I brought my car in for an oil change, my contact person was Lucas Neslar. He was very courteous and took time to explain what was/wasn't needed. When I was informed my battery was starting to look like it was past its prime, Luke gave me a couple of options for purchase and told me the cost differences. He was also very kind to make sure I knew the benefits of going with one over the other. Living here in AZ, I know all too well how hard the weather is on batteries! The last thing I ever want is to be stranded out somewhere in the middle of a sweltering summer with a dead battery. Thankfully, that won't be something I will need to be worried about for a while! The service was prompt and I was on my way even before I expected to be which was wonderful because I had someplace else I had to be and was really crunched for time as it was. I have dealt with other car dealerships over the years, none of which were Honda, and I have to say, AutoNation Honda is truly in a league of its own. I have a family member who just recently started bringing his Honda to this facility and he also thinks it is top-notch! It really is nice to know there are still businesses out there who look out for their customers and will even put them ahead of profits. It would be all too easy to tell someone like myself I am in need of repairs that really ARE NOT necessary. AutoNation has never done that to me (present visit included). I am usually hesitant to recommend services of any kind to others as I have been burned way too many times, but I can say based on my own experiences at AutoNation Honda, I would NOT hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get their car serviced by a reputable company that I feel truly values their customers. Our new CRV sustained an unrepairable flat, so we came to Honda to get a replacement tire. Nevertheless, Joe Krizek in Service (I had been told to ask for him as service advisor) was very kind and helpful, took the time to call around for the specific tire we needed, and even scheduled us for the next morning in an already-crowded day. I was so impressed with the kindness and attention to service. I came the next day, and was prepared to wait awhile since I knew the sheer volume of customers; however, I only had to wait an hour. Wow. Totally Impressive--I've had 3 Civics, 2 Accords, and 4 CRV's, and over the years have been in several Honda dealerships for service, but this was far and away my best experience. More
