I have very split feelings about this dealership. My sales guy was very nice, but the finance guys were deceptive. The service guys are terrific, but I have to physically drive to the dealership to make sales guy was very nice, but the finance guys were deceptive. If I was asked for a recommendation from a friend, I would have to be honest about my experience. I realize these past two years have been trying for all businesses, but not being able to communicate adequately is not acceptable. They do wash my car when I come for service, which is very nice. I dropped my car on Thursday evening for a 7:30 am apt on Friday. I didn’t receive a phone call once. I went down to the service center Saturday to see what was going on to find out my car hadn’t been touche Friday. I didn’t receive a phone call once. I went down to the service center Saturday to see what was going on to find out my car hadn’t been touched. They apologized and said they’d certainly get some freebies on my account and that my car would be ready by Monday. I’ve called twice and no one responds nor has anyone given me any details/oil changes/etc. my car still makes the same noise I took it for. I would never use them again. I am highly dissatisfied with their overall customer service and lack of communication. More
