I was told to bring my car in & they would look at asap. That was the wrong information so I had to leave car, that was ok. Then, I made it clear that I had no immune system so didn't want to go inside at That was the wrong information so I had to leave car, that was ok. Then, I made it clear that I had no immune system so didn't want to go inside at all. That was fine since my service person took my credit card inside to run it. But, I feel I should have been offered the sanitary disinfectant for Covid. When, I asked to verify it was done like last time, I found out it is now a $30 charge which I would have happily paid had I known. So, I rode home in AZ heat with all the windows done and my mask on. Otherwise, they were professional and gave me a discount on my service. More

I've always had excellent service from Honda on Gilbert Rd. I did notice this time that the Express Lane was closed and to get a simple oil change was estimated at 4-5 hours. Not expecting that, I needed Rd. I did notice this time that the Express Lane was closed and to get a simple oil change was estimated at 4-5 hours. Not expecting that, I needed to take the shuttle. I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle and then it took 2 1/2 hrs to get home because of where everyone lived. Though I was the first one waiting, I was the last one delivered because of where I lived. By the time I got home, the car was ready!! They need more shuttle drivers to give better service. And, the cost of a simple oil change was $69???? That was outrageous! So sorry but true. More
Great customer service! I recently had a battery fail (common in AZ). I got a jump and drove over to the Service Center without an appointment. Service Rep Rebecca checked things over and provided servi (common in AZ). I got a jump and drove over to the Service Center without an appointment. Service Rep Rebecca checked things over and provided service options. I selected one and was on the road in short order. Not only was the battery replaced, but a full inspection and car wash was performed. Rebecca explained everything in detail, ensured I had no questions. Under the circumstances, I could not have asked for a better experience. More
