I paid Honda $500 for an Alarm System they won't service! In March of 2013 I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX-L Minivan from this Honda dealership. While signing the paperwork. I asked if there was an factory a In March of 2013 I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX-L Minivan from this Honda dealership. While signing the paperwork. I asked if there was an factory alarm system. I was told there was not and they offered me a package for $500. Feeling insecure about my vehicle not having needed protection, I made the decision to purchase the alarm system. Honda installed the new system. 3 yrs later, my alarm system is malfunctioning. Each time the vehicle is locked, the alarm goes off, all day. It is very stressful. I bring the vehicle in to this dealership for them to fix the alarm system. I am told, there is an aftermarket alarm system on the vehicle and they will not service the vehicle. I explain that they are the ones who installed it, but they refuse. I am given a number to call for the product. I call this number, which a voice mail immediately picks up the call. I have left messages with no return phone calls. Being desperate to fix the alarm, I look up in the manual how to disarm it. There is an option, using the Valet mode. However, under the dash, my Valet mode button has been removed. I do some further research, it turns out, there was a factory alarm on the vehicle, and this, and the valet button have been removed for the aftermarket alarm system that is now malfunctioning, that I paid Honda $500 to install, that they won't service. I have been misinformed by this dealership. I specifically inquired about a factory alarm system that they denied the vehicle having, which it did. They installed an alarm system to replace it, which they won't service, and they removed the Valet mode option, and I now cannot disarm a malfunctioning alarm system. More
Fabulous service I went in for regular maintenance on my Pilot, I had told them that I would be taking a road trip and wanted to make sure my car would be safe. They I went in for regular maintenance on my Pilot, I had told them that I would be taking a road trip and wanted to make sure my car would be safe. They found a problem that was covered under the warranty and fixed it without any issues. In the past I have had other dealerships try to get out of doing warranty work or tey to charge me for the repairs. I am happy to say that they stepped up and handled everything with professionalism. I would recommend them to my friends and family because they care about my car as much as I do. More

Long story short, I left San Tan/Autonation Honda of Chandler to get service done at Honda of Superstition Springs because they have better pricing, they explain services, offer discounts when asked. Full story below. If you want to have poor service, over pricing(I know it's a dealership) and minimal explanations on why things are needed or why they can't be done for less or why it not part of a combined service then this is the place! Honestly, I was advised of server all services, one of which was my rear brakes and the last out of four services was the brake fluid to be drained and replaced. I asked why won't they do the fluids when the replace the brakes and I was told by Brendon Collins, "it's a separate service". I told him it didn't make sense and if it couldn't be done together I will go somewhere else. The response was "ok" and I offered another opportunity stating the price to get everything done seemed high and if there was nothing that could be done then that would go on my survey. His next response was comical, "he said ok, if you are doing the service if you could mention my name and how I did" and this is the only reason I mentioned his name. I called Honda of Superstition and asked for pricing on rear brakes and the brake fluids, pricing was better and when asked why isn't the fluid being replaced when the do the brakes I was immediately told, "well it's a sealed system so changing the fluids is not required when the brakes are done and it is a service performed depending on mileage. I also said the pricing was high and what could be done, he said based on pricing for service they can take 12% off. I saved about $70-80 on the service and was treated like a customer and not a number. I also had the pleasure of speaking a service manager who I informed of my disappointment and of the better explanations. He let me know he would just add to their system that I am a Honda of Superstition Springs customer. WOW! He didn't ask me to add his name, so I won't, but he should have just said, "Hey, if we can't stick it to you sideways and rip you off without needing to explain ourselves then we don't need you! We have enough dumb customers willing to over pay!" Long story longer, you service advisor at San Tan/AutoNation Honda of Chandler thinks you are a sucker and is happy to over charge you! More

I was told I had 3 free oil changes within the next two years. The first free oil was a waste of time as they did not have the correct oil filter for my car in stock. So I had to take it back a week later. The second oil change seemed fine until I got home and was looking over the paperwork and noticed it said that "transmission fluid needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION". I shocked to see this as the gentleman that gave me the paperwork told me I was "good to go". He never mentioned the fluid and I felt that was unproffesional. As it turned out I had almost no fluid at all. I wrote a review on their facebook page about it. Three weeks ago I called to make an appt for my 3rd and final free oil change. I never got an email confirmation so I called the day before my appt and left a voice mail. No one called me back. I can't help but think it was done on purpose due to my review of them on facebook. I'm very disappointed in this dealership. More

From the moment they said "let me get the keys from you" they have slid further and further down the hill. In the 5 weeks they had my CRV I this the service department has only called me once and the body shop hasn't done much more. Joey from the body shop who was my point of contact called to tell me that he was merely just helping the service dept get some info for the insurance company. Yes please, just pass the buck. In the entire time my vehicle was there no work was even done to my CRV, so I took my spare key, walked to the back and grabbed my car. I called the GM after I left to explain my frustration and how I left they had dropped the ball. Did the GM even call me back? No, he had the service manager call me as well as Joey. So my take on the situation is that 2 out of 3 the buck just gets passed from one to the other and still the job doesn't get done! From the reviews I've read Auto nation Honda Chandler is a great place to BUY a vehicle, but then take you vehicle to another place to get serviced. More

Service Department I brought my 2003 Honda accord in for a starter issue. Jeff Gaeta was my service representative. At first they couldn't figure out the problem, but I brought my 2003 Honda accord in for a starter issue. Jeff Gaeta was my service representative. At first they couldn't figure out the problem, but they stuck with after bringing my car back multiple times. They did not stick it to my wallet by charging me for each additional time I had to return it. I am very please with the service I received and when it comes time to buy another Honda you have won my business. Great Job Guys More
