Incredibly Professional I had posted my Honda CRV on OfferUp with no intentions on selling it back to the dealership. When I was contacted by Ashley, I was initially apprehen I had posted my Honda CRV on OfferUp with no intentions on selling it back to the dealership. When I was contacted by Ashley, I was initially apprehensive about the prospects of pursuing an appraisial as I had all the intention of getting the most out of my sale. I had agreed on scheduling an inspection of the car so long as they would consider my asking price. They agreed and an inspection was performed, this took maybe 15 minutes or so. In the end, autonation Honda had stood by their word with their offer, performed all the paperwork, paid the lien on the car and cut me a check for the remaining balance. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Ashley's ease of answering my questions in a clear and concise manner gave me the comfort in knowing that I was in trusting hands. Thanks you!! More
Don’t bring your kids I bring a few vehicles in for service, and they’re passable. A little expensive but worth it. My service people have always been great, even though it usually takes a little longer than usual. I use the shuttle because even an oil change takes all day. So I drop my van off before work and just pick it up at the end of the day. Today I was there on a Saturday the girl who is where the cashier used to be was loud and angry. She ended up cursing loud enough for my son to hear, which was not ideal. She was cursing a few feet away from the kids playroom. We should have been in it so the door closed. We bought the van here and it was a good experience. But service has been slow and if this happens again I won’t be back More

The worst customer service experience of my life. The service manager pulled me into his office and accused me of completely untrue things and said they would not warranty the $200 Not honda battery. He has no manager so I could not plead my case to anyone else. More
Not competent I found two cars online and went there to test drive. Even though I am not in a hurry of buying the car, I was ready to purchase it today. After I tried one car, I still wanted to test the second one. But they said it is not available. The higher manager, Gregg, managed to take us to the back of the dealership and show it while they were replacing security system and tires.They promised me to call back when a car is ready for the test drive. Never called. And when I tried contacting them, they texted that the car was sold. It was after 3 hours from the test drive of the first car. I do not recommend this place! More

Awesome service department! I have had my car for over two years and have had every service done at this location. Everyone I've interacted with had been kind and helpful. They gave me a fair price quote when I called to schedule service which matched the price when I came in. They did an inspection without me even asking and gave me a discount on what they could for the service work (again without me asking). I've had nothing but good experiences here and would highly recommend using this location for their service department! More

I paid Honda $500 for an Alarm System they won't service! In March of 2013 I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX-L Minivan from this Honda dealership. While signing the paperwork. I asked if there was an factory a In March of 2013 I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX-L Minivan from this Honda dealership. While signing the paperwork. I asked if there was an factory alarm system. I was told there was not and they offered me a package for $500. Feeling insecure about my vehicle not having needed protection, I made the decision to purchase the alarm system. Honda installed the new system. 3 yrs later, my alarm system is malfunctioning. Each time the vehicle is locked, the alarm goes off, all day. It is very stressful. I bring the vehicle in to this dealership for them to fix the alarm system. I am told, there is an aftermarket alarm system on the vehicle and they will not service the vehicle. I explain that they are the ones who installed it, but they refuse. I am given a number to call for the product. I call this number, which a voice mail immediately picks up the call. I have left messages with no return phone calls. Being desperate to fix the alarm, I look up in the manual how to disarm it. There is an option, using the Valet mode. However, under the dash, my Valet mode button has been removed. I do some further research, it turns out, there was a factory alarm on the vehicle, and this, and the valet button have been removed for the aftermarket alarm system that is now malfunctioning, that I paid Honda $500 to install, that they won't service. I have been misinformed by this dealership. I specifically inquired about a factory alarm system that they denied the vehicle having, which it did. They installed an alarm system to replace it, which they won't service, and they removed the Valet mode option, and I now cannot disarm a malfunctioning alarm system. More
Fabulous service I went in for regular maintenance on my Pilot, I had told them that I would be taking a road trip and wanted to make sure my car would be safe. They I went in for regular maintenance on my Pilot, I had told them that I would be taking a road trip and wanted to make sure my car would be safe. They found a problem that was covered under the warranty and fixed it without any issues. In the past I have had other dealerships try to get out of doing warranty work or tey to charge me for the repairs. I am happy to say that they stepped up and handled everything with professionalism. I would recommend them to my friends and family because they care about my car as much as I do. More
