I have worked with Service Advisors Keith W. and Joe K., who were both very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and its needs. Answered my questions about cost/time required for service. They understood who were both very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and its needs. Answered my questions about cost/time required for service. Had no issues making the appointments online, arriving, dropping the car, and hanging out in the waiting room. Work was completed sooner than expected. I did have issues with the people who answered the main service phone line and the online chat -- I asked how much cost/time for a specific service and they couldn't answer; I tried various times/days to ask my questions. Keith/Joe could answer right away, so there do exist people who have the knowledge that the phone staff could have asked. I need to know how long a service should last to plan whether I drop off or stay. Please provide your phone and chat staff more references/resources or put expected time/cost online with the appointment request. More
