Greetings, I have been a loyal customer of Autonation Honda on South Gilbert Road for all my service needs. Morgan Coombes was my service advisor this time, and I was impressed by her depth of technical knowledge and thoroughness in diagnosing the problem. She wisely suggested waiting until the noise was clearer to avoid a costly $600 diagnosis.Throughout the process, Morgan maintained a cheerful and professional demeanor, providing me with regular updates on the repair progress. However, when I felt the need to escalate the issue, I approached Steve, the Director for Services. As always, Steve attentively listened to my concerns and promptly intervened by instructing Morgan to thoroughly investigate the AC issue, explore warranty coverage options, and even arranged for a loaner car for me.Thanks to their combined efforts, the problem was swiftly identified – a cracked shaft in the freon section – and replaced on the same day under Honda factory coverage. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Steve for his exemplary problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
