My service advisor David changed my whole mindset on service at a dealership. I am used to cold, unpleasant, and sometimes painful experiences with my service advisor. David was none of those things. There were some hurdles that were outside his control, and he handled them like a pro. His communication was extremely professional and I was never left wondering what was going on with my car. I am very happy with my experience and am definitelyii recommending David to anyone that needs his help. More
Long wait for an oil change 1 1/2 hours. Car then had to go back for the complimentary car was which was another 1/2 hour wait to get my vehicle back. Poor communication again and again, they assured but failed to keep up, but are quick to get back when a poor review is logged-why should a customer remind their job? Previously i had an issue with this dealer and switched to a different dealership for service. Because the extended warranty forced me back to this dealership to avoid the deductible I was not anticipatin to a different dealership for service. I was SO lucky to be assigned Jerry Wouri. For the first time I had someone who said what they were going to do and actually did it. What a breath of fresh air. He was correct on the diagnosis on my car and it was repaired faster than he promised and it was fixed correctly More
Shannon was very courteous and professional. I appreciate her. NOTE: I came with the tailgate issue for 2020 Honda CRV. I was told that Honda EX does not come with the remote operated trunk I appreciate her. NOTE: I came with the tailgate issue for 2020 Honda CRV. I was told that Honda EX does not come with the remote operated trunk door although the key has a remote button, and due to this I was led to believe that the trunk will open remotely. The sales person misled me at the time of purchase. More
