Greetings all - 5 Star addendum! Dealership’s are only as efficient as the people providing the services. If the advisor has integrity it’s likely good service follows. My repair experience hit a snag in the practice of service integrity. I wasn’t impressed with the mechanics I depended on, so I brought my concerns to the express service manager who took over my account. He is Daniel Beffel (ESM). Daniel immediately stepped in to preserve my expectations of the Honda way, Daniel Beffel presents himself as a man of personal integrity, and genuine honesty and clearly went above the benchmarks set by Honda to ensure any previous issues were addressed, and further services would meet Honda’s criteria for excellence. Daniel’s attitude and determination are note worthy of the highest marks in customer care. He’ll make a great director for someone like Honda. A rock star! Customers depend on the integrity of their service advisors to provide honest feedback and recommendations for any repairs - bad advising cannot be tolerated Customer care equals good customer service for a trustworthy outcome, not customer service SALES that puts profit before customers.
