Poor communication. Needed shuttle pickup. Asked shuttle driver how that was handled. Shuttle driver said that I would just let my service tech know when he texted th Needed shuttle pickup. Ok, but when I texted nobody replied. When I called, I got a voicemail (both the service tech and the service desk). I had to pack up the family and drive to the dealership. Communication with Autonatiom is one direction. The don’t listen or seem to care what the customer needs. They just text out that your car is done without monitoring for things like the need for a shuttle that you signed up for in the morning. More

The oil change service and the 30,000 miles service were well performed, although they forgot to reset the oil change gauge. As the service was a longer one, about 3 hours, I went home with their shuttle bu well performed, although they forgot to reset the oil change gauge.
