Overall - good service - brought vehicle in for recall work - informed it would be +4 hours. Dealer provided ride home. Did not receive notification when the vehicle was ready. Called the dealer - phone work - informed it would be +4 hours. Dealer provided ride home. Did not receive notification when the vehicle was ready. Called the dealer - phone system is somewhat funky. Don't waste your time with the "bots". Make sure you have the direct line of the service advisor and if you don't, push 0 to speak with a live person. My only complaint is that they had not washed the vehicle, but the service advisor took the vehicle and personally made sure it got washed. Shannon Key, the service advisor was excellent! More
