Everyone was nice and did their best to help me. I had to leave and come back next day to get my battery replaced because they were understaffed on the 1st day but luckily my battery held on long en I had to leave and come back next day to get my battery replaced because they were understaffed on the 1st day but luckily my battery held on long enough. Got to dealership early and was greeted by a young lady and she checked me in and said she would get the service advisor (Joe Krizek). Joe came out and i told him i was there to get a recall taken care of and she checked me in and said she would get the service advisor (Joe Krizek). Joe came out and i told him i was there to get a recall taken care of but i also had a code on my car from Feb when i purchased the car which at the time they had no solution to take care of it.He explained it may take a long time to take care of it so i decided to just have the recall taken care of which he said would take about 1 and a half hours. Joe came in the waiting room about an hour and a half later and said both issues would be done in about an hour. Great job Joe!! More
