My service advisor David changed my whole mindset on service at a dealership. I am used to cold, unpleasant, and sometimes painful experiences with my service advisor. David was none of those things. Long wait for an oil change 1 1/2 hours. Car then had to go back for the complimentary car was which was another 1/2 hour wait to get my vehicle back.
