This dealership has always been very responsive until lately. I think they are understaffed. I was told that it would take 4 hours to service my car. After 4 hours I tried calling the service staff se lately. I think they are understaffed. I was told that it would take 4 hours to service my car. After 4 hours I tried calling the service staff several times and got no answer, so I came back to the dealership to find out what was going on. My service person told me at that point that it would be 3 more hours! When I asked why they didn't tell me that at that beginning, she said, "well it takes as long as it takes". More
