Quick schedule for warranty service but terrible support during work. Work updates repeatedly were proven to be false on several instances by my support “manager”. Was told a part needed was on its way. T during work. Work updates repeatedly were proven to be false on several instances by my support “manager”. Was told a part needed was on its way. Then, it had to be ordered and may arrive the next day… I would be contacted. Then told my vehicle was going through the car wash. Went to get my car to find it as dirty as when I came in… no wash. Questioned my “manager” who now said the car wash was closed! While I have received several emails asking for a review, I have gotten NO update on my recall part or resolution! I have no trust in this Honda location and not sure if they are doing anything about my recall. Will probably have to try to contact Honda directly. Poor service at this location. More

I was very disappointed when I went to get my car serviced. I waited in my car at the express line for over 10 minutes before getting out to try to find someone to tell them I have an appointment to serviced. I waited in my car at the express line for over 10 minutes before getting out to try to find someone to tell them I have an appointment to get an oil change. Then I was told to go back to my car and wait for my service dealer who was Kyle. I waited for 15 more minutes sitting in my car with the air running. Granted, I did come a 1/2 an hour early before my appointment but not to get ignored. I came a 1/2 an hour early so I could sit and relax in your lounge. And have some popcorn and a bottle water. I didn't eat lunch before I came because I know the lounge area has fruit, donuts, cookies, and popcorn. But NONE of these were available that day.. Finally after 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting for my oil change. I see my car pull up and I waited another 10 minutes got up to find my service tech and he finally walked out. Honestly as much as I love my Honda HRV I never want to go to the dealership again to get it serviced. Think I will go to AAA Auto Repair where it's cheaper friendly and quicker. More
