The transmission in my 2019 Honda HRV went out randomly, and I took it to the service department. I had no idea what was happening and after diagnosing they told me about the transmission. My service person and I took it to the service department. I had no idea what was happening and after diagnosing they told me about the transmission. My service person was Charles and he was excellent to work with from the start. The issue with my transmission was a known issue, and Honda had extended the warranty on it - although my car was initially declined the replacement. They resubmitted and ran the approval up the ladder and go it approved, and they were able to replace the transmission for zero cost to me. I am so thankful for that. Charles kept me updated every step of the process and turned what could have been a truly awful experience into a very positive one. More
