Took my honda to them for a knocking sound while in reverse or at a stop..the said it was my spark plugs, got my car back and it made the same noise...I took it back and they said it was the motor moun reverse or at a stop..the said it was my spark plugs, got my car back and it made the same noise...I took it back and they said it was the motor mount...Peter was suppose to get back with me about why I paid for spark plugs for ko reason but never did. Trevor said he would get back with me when part came in for the motor mount, to this day no one has gotten back to me so I guess the part they ordered never came. I call the shop and only get a voice mail. They made a mistake and misdiagnosed my car and instead of doing the right thing and giving me all my money back for the work that I didn't ask for...they are dodging the entire situation. I took my honda to river town gmc with greg and they immediately diagnosed it wit a bad motor mount...I have dealing with Greg for years with my suburban at Riverton gmc, I did not know they do work on Hondas..however my warranty has already been started months ago at honda auto nation...no one has ever gotten enough back to me to tell me and said the part is in the mail, or they will fix my car next week or anything.. one phone call to Greg at Riverton Buick and they take care of things the right way. I wish honda auto nation would finish the agreement they starred to fix my motor mount. And I will never take my honda to them again. I will always use Riverton gmc. These people can not be trusted. Salesman didn’t really do much of his job, myself and the finance guy did more than him! Also didn’t get a fill up or full cleaning/ detail, as well as the fluids, plugs and filters weren’t changed either! N finance guy did more than him! My dad went here to get a maintenance which is the basic thing like oil change and tire rotate, but at first my dad get a oil change and they let my dad drive the car that all the screws and other parts wer thing like oil change and tire rotate, but at first my dad get a oil change and they let my dad drive the car that all the screws and other parts were un-tight and panbelt are not well aligned. The 2nd was the tire they are trying to get your car bad so they got paid and returned it to them and they will told you that the car was old. Even if the car was old and the maintenance know what they are doing the car will be in great shape, but that’s the opposite. They knew my dad will just pay it after they fixed it and they are using those tactics to take advantage of it so that my dad will pay. More
