The overall sales completion process took longer than I had anticipated and resulted in the salesperson staying hours past his shift. Not once did he complain verbally or non-verbally. My interactions with the others involved was also pleasant. After waiting 18 years to purchase a new vehicle, this process of purchasing a new car went better than I anticipated.
