The transmission in my 2019 Honda HRV went out randomly, and I took it to the service department. I had no idea what was happening and after diagnosing they told me about the transmission. My service person and I took it to the service department. I had no idea what was happening and after diagnosing they told me about the transmission. My service person was Charles and he was excellent to work with from the start. The issue with my transmission was a known issue, and Honda had extended the warranty on it - although my car was initially declined the replacement. They resubmitted and ran the approval up the ladder and go it approved, and they were able to replace the transmission for zero cost to me. I am so thankful for that. Charles kept me updated every step of the process and turned what could have been a truly awful experience into a very positive one. More

The overall experience was okay but could've been better. When we walked in the door, the gentleman sitting at his desk to our right did not greet us or ask us if we needed any help (he didn't have a custome When we walked in the door, the gentleman sitting at his desk to our right did not greet us or ask us if we needed any help (he didn't have a customer with him or appeared to be busy). There were other employees who walked by us and didnt say anything either as we were looking for our salesperson Chris. It really didnt feel like a welcoming experience. Our salesperson Chris was okay throughout the entire process until we completed the sale and got into the car. It was raining the day we came up to the dealership but Chris promised me that he would have the car detailed. I could not tell that the back window had alot of smear marks on it while I was driving due to the rain, but when we got pass the rain I was able to see all the smear marks on the back window and I had to clean them myself when I arrived home (the entire inside and outside rear window). Although I am enjoying my new car, I am very disappointed with my experience as I believe it could have been better. It is probably unlikely that I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership again and I will not recommend anyone to buy from here either. More
