Every time I get my car serviced my rep is usually Mr. John Thompson. He is always very nice and informative . They were backed up a little for my appointment at 8:00 and I got there a little late but my John Thompson. He is always very nice and informative . Customer service was great as always, but a 2 hr wait for an oil change is way too long and this was with an appointment. Unfortunately I’ll probably have to go elsewhere next time, I just don’t have 2 hrs i an oil change is way too long and this was with an appointment.
