Shout out to Trevor & Woo in the service department. Woo was not available when I arrived, so Trevor checked me in. He also fixed a small problem with my key fob on the spot! Simple fix… BIG relief to m Woo was not available when I arrived, so Trevor checked me in. He also fixed a small problem with my key fob on the spot! Simple fix… BIG relief to me! Woo returned, & as my assigned service assistant, Trevor handed my paperwork off to Woo to complete process. Kudos that They worked together to keep everything running smoothly & on time. Trevor exceeded my expectations when I went for my service. The service department made sure I was safe for my upcoming trip. Then I lost a very important set of instructions that Trevor went looking service. The service department made sure I was safe for my upcoming trip.
