The $170 spent on the diagnostics performed on our 2004 CR-V Honda was very well appreciated, but the costs to do the shocks/rotors etc. were too expensive for our budget. It's difficult trying to fit in service appointments in the mist of everyday life with a family and work. However, my service advisor Jordan and courtesy driver Tim always makes the process as easy as poss the mist of everyday life with a family and work. However, my service advisor Jordan and courtesy driver Tim always makes the process as easy as possible. Jordan understands how important reliability and safety of my wifes 2017 Honda Pilot is to me. She takes her time and breaks everything down, and explains what coming up so we can plan accordingly. Tim makes the logistics of it all manageable, and always has a positive attitude!
